She has participated in development of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) using CMOS and High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) technologies for microwave and millimeter wave communication applications. Her research area covers X-band to V-band MMIC circuits and components, such as pulse-compression nonlinear transmission lines, frequency triplers, broadband matching networks, VCOs, and power amplifiers. She has published more than 30 papers in the area. Recently she is working on E-band 90-nm CMOS VCOs and X-band 10-Watts GaN (Gallium Nitride) power amplifiers.
