Hello, my name is Ralph Mason and I am an associate professor at Carleton University in the Department of Electronics.

My main areas of research are RF and mixed signal IC design with a focus on low power implementations.

The pictures below are some of the chips my students and I have designed over the years.

When I'm not working, I'm usually chasing or driving one of my four children or our dog Mili. With my remaining spare time I like to play hockey and bike.
