The Carleton University Laboratory for Integrated Microsystems
was established to provide access to microfabrication technology for a range
of applications including wireless and optical communications, sensing, and
biochemical analysis. Devices are designed, fabricated, and tested
by students under the supervision of qualified staff and in collaboration
with researchers experienced in specific device applications.
