The E3630A power supply provides three dc outputs: 0 to 6 V with a maximum current of 1 to 2.5 A and 0 to 20 V and 0 to -20 V with a maximum current of 0.5 A. An autotracking feature lets you use one voltage control to adjust the +20 V and -20 V outputs simultaneously. Keithley’s SourceMeter family is designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 5 1⁄2-digit multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback.
