NOTES: Chapter II
Demorgan's
Theorem Rev E 2009
Closely
related to duality, DeMorgan's Theorem (or theorems) are relations
between which can be used to manipulate inverters. By adding or
removing inverters, they can transform gates between AND, OR, NAND
and NOR. Humans can think much more easily with AND and OR than
with NAND and NOR. Gates made with transistors turn out to be
NANDs and NORs. DeMorgan's theorems allow easy conversions
between the two.
