ELEC 3105 in Winter term is primarily for co-op students and those in the Biomedical and Electrical Engineering program. Any spare places will be allocated to other students through prioritization (for example, those that need the course to graduate that year).
ELEC 3908 is similar as it is primarily for co-op students. To request consideration for access to one or both of these courses students must fill in a request for registration override (CROS) form on
Carleton Central.
A response to each request will be available on the CROS request form during the first week of classes.
In the Winter 2009 term this year a Special Topics course, ELEC 4906F, will be Thermal Management of Electronics. This course is being offered jointly with the Dept. of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. A preliminary course outline can be found here.
