Currently
a Ph.D. student
at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. Research interests
include design of integrated and on-chip antennas for System-on-Chip
(SoC) applications, radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC design),
Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) System-in-Package (SiP) design,
ferrite LTCC based tunable and reconfigurable passives design and
wireless biomedical sensor systems.
Received
the B.Eng and M.A.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Carleton
University, Ottawa, Canada, in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He has
worked on the design of ultra-wideband antennas and electromagnetic
simulators at the Communications Research Center, Ottawa, Canada. He is
currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at Carleton University. His
research interests include compact antennas for ultra-wideband, LTCC
packaging,
miniaturized microwave filters, electromagnetics modeling and high
performance RFICs.
