Procedure of Project Selection

Procedure for applying to complete ELEC4907/ELEC4908:

• A list of project supervisors (and a very brief project description) will be posted on this web page before the end of Winter term.
• A project preference form (available from this web page) may be submitted to the office at any time.
• Students with CGPA of 9.0 or higher will be assigned a project supervisor of his/her choice anytime during the summer, as soon as the project preference form is received, and the supervisor has agreed.
• For all other students, projects will be assigned according to grade point average. Students with high marks are assigned to projects first. Projects cannot be assigned until summer term marks are available, which will not be until September. Please check this page occasionally for updates.
• Preference forms should be submitted by August 1 to be considered for a project in the first round of project assignments. Preference forms submitted late will still be considered for projects, but selection may be limited, so submit a form as early as possible!
