If You Are Not On the List

If your ID number is not on the list, it is because you do not have 4th year STATUS in Engineering. (Note that 4th year STANDING is not enough). Most likely you still have 2nd or 3rd year courses remaining. If you still want to be considered for the 4th year project, please have following information ready:

1. Transcript or Degree Audit Report (can be obtained from Web-Carleton Central)

2. GPA

3. How many remaining semesters you need to finish the degree

4. List of courses your plan to take for each of the remaining semesters

(including all remaining courses you need to finish the degree)

5. Make sure you have also submitted project preference form.

Give these information to the project coordinator for consideration. Decision is made on a case by case basis. It is also likely that you may need to submit forms requesting pre-requisite waiver, and overload.
